Payment for Earshot Services Policy

  1. Subscription Fees: Our online booking platform operates on a subscription model, which means that users must pay a fee to access certain features and services on our platform. Subscription fees are payable in advance, and we offer several subscription plans to choose from, with different features and prices.

  2. Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other digital payment methods. Users are responsible for ensuring that their payment information is up to date and accurate, and that they have sufficient funds to cover their subscription fees.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a user's subscription if their payment is declined or if they fail to pay their subscription fees on time.

  6. Taxes: Users are responsible for paying any applicable taxes or fees related to their subscription, including sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), or other similar taxes.

  7. Changes to Subscription Fees: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time, but we will provide users with notice of any such changes before they take effect. If a user does not agree with a change to their subscription fee, they may cancel their subscription before the new fee takes effect.
