However, by creating a user profile and using the Service, you grant Earshot LLC the right to display and share your profile information with other users and customers of the Service as part of the normal operation of the platform. Linked content, including but not limited to external websites or social media profiles, is the sole responsibility of the user who provides the link. Earshot LLC does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any linked content. Users are solely responsible for the content they choose to link to their profiles.

3. Representation and Accuracy: Users are responsible for representing themselves accurately on their user profiles. All profile information, including personal details, work experience, qualifications, and other relevant data, must be truthful and up-to-date.

4. Termination of Profiles: Earshot LLC reserves the right to terminate a user's profile and their use of the Service if it is found to contain inappropriate or malicious information. Inappropriate content includes, but is not limited to, content that is defamatory, discriminatory, offensive, harmful, or violates any applicable laws or regulations. Malicious content includes any attempts to deceive, impersonate, or harm other users or the Earshot LLC platform.

Outdated or misleading profile information may lead to confusion among other users or customers and may result in the termination of the user's profile and access to the Service.
